• The Technique for Astral Projection:
  1. Sit or lie in your posture and enter a deep Akasa trance state. 
  2. Inhale vital energy into your entire body, then step out of your physical body with your mental body first. 
  3. Once standing outside your body, use your willpower to draw your astral body out of your physical shell to merge with your mental consciousness.
